Aerl is a hairstudio based in the heart of Amsterdam that focuses on more than just it’s taper cuts. It’s an inclusive place for men that care about their mental wellness and community building.

Challenge

To position the services and product, develop its brand identity and launch it in the regional market as a distinctive place for men of all backgrounds that care about their wellbeing.

Role

Brand Design & Strategy Lead  — I was involved both on the creative and managing side of this project. Developing the positioning, campaign launch and website UI/UX rebuild. Managing a full team of designers, developers and production crew. Furthermore arranging building permits and store visibility construction.
